Initial Visit: Consultation. This first meeting is an opportunity for Haverford Home Design to meet with you at your site. We will gather information about your vision, as well as take measurements. After this consultation, we will provide you with a proposal based on our discussions.
Design Phase: After the proposal has been reviewed and accepted, our design phase begins. This includes planning and zoning with the township and exploring different options that you may want to include in your project. The plans and drawings will be finalized at this time, as well as any revisions to the project will be made.
plans and Renderings
3D Renderings play a big role in communicating design ideas to our customers. We provide blueprints, 3D imaging, and photo renderings of the space so you can see your vision come to life.
Three Dimensional Renderings help create a realistic model of your project. Looking at just blueprints does not tell the whole story, but with the aid of a photo rendering of the space, most design ideas, questions, and decisions are addressed before construction begins. This helps keep the project on time and on budget since changes made during the project can result in additional expense. Below are plan and photo renderings of 2 projects. Both plans include combining 3 small rooms to make 1 large eat-in kitchen.
Our team arrives and begins working on your project. At Haverford Home Design, we strive to minimize the inconvenience to you and your family during construction. We have a project manager assigned to your project that is available to answer your questions throughout all phases of construction. At Haverford Home Design, our goal is to ensure your project meets and exceeds your expectations.
Our Cloud: Once you have decided to use Haverford Home Design for your project, a profile in our cloud-based project management system will be established for you to log into. This tool is used for communication of renderings, jobsite photos, agreements, schedules, and relevant information about the project.
